Tried to buy a couch and they keep making excuses

I found a couch on Facebook and paid $14.98 for it. The email I got said to contact [email protected] for delivery. Now I just keep getting the runaround. They say they can't make the delivery because the car broke down.

I've emailed them a few times and each time it's a different excuse. No one gives me a straight answer about when I'll get my money back or the couch. I just want what I paid for or my money back.
