Ordered gas mileage plug-ins over a month ago and nothing came

I ordered 2 of those plug in to your car that's supposed to help your gas mileage from a guy on Facebook. The email was [email protected] and the phone number was 1(828) 508-8006. It been over a month now and I haven't received any thing.

I paid 51 dollars for them. Just want my money back or the product. Not sure what else to do.
