Ordered something online and it never showed up

I ordered a product online and it just never shipped. I sent them emails about it and they would always take a week or more to reply. Then they finally said it was sent and delivered but it never came. I have the order number TXAB5452.

I lost $86.12 on this. I’m working with my credit card company now to try and dispute the charges.
