Facebook ad order never showed up twice

I ordered something from a Facebook ad and paid extra for expedited shipping, which was supposed to be 7-14 days. This was back on 6/14/26. It was supposed to arrive by 7/21/26. It never came.

The company offered to ship a replacement, again saying 7-14 days. So I waited. Today is 8/28/26 and they say the second package was delivered but it was not. I paid $32.00 for this and have nothing to show for it. Their email is [email protected] if that helps anyone.

Ordered something online and it never showed up

I ordered a product online and it just never shipped. I sent them emails about it and they would always take a week or more to reply. Then they finally said it was sent and delivered but it never came. I have the order number TXAB5452.

I lost $86.12 on this. I’m working with my credit card company now to try and dispute the charges.
