Ordered clothes with shipping insurance but they said I got it

I ordered my merchandise and even took out the shipping insurance. They said I received it but I did not. It was capris and shirts in a bulk package. I paid $58.88 and now nothing. The email they used was [email protected] and the whole thing was through Facebook. I don't know what else to do.
