Ordered a Christmas gift mat that never arrived, company stopped replying

Back in November I ordered a gold mat from Fairway Mats for my grandson for Christmas. I checked the tracking a bunch of times and found out it wasn't American made, it was coming from China. I did order another mat and got that one a few days before Christmas.

But for the first mat I never got, once I contacted them about it they just started ignoring me. I kept tracking the package and saw that after it was finally mailed, it got returned to China because of packaging problems. I've emailed their company eight times now and all I get are promises. They sent me an email to answer five questions about the package, I did that, and then nothing. Complete silence.

I feel like I've done my part to return the package, it's still unopened, and I have no other option. I'll just have to eat the $49.99. At least my conscience is clear that I tried everything before contacting you.
