Ordered a surprise box and only got one cheap item

My girlfriend saw this ad for a surprise box with a bunch of products in it. Sounded like a good deal so she ordered one. Cost $50. When it showed up there was just one item inside and it wasn't even worth what she paid. Total rip off.

I tried going back to the website to see if I could find a contact or something and all I got was a 404 error. The site just doesn't exist anymore. The return address on the package says 18841 90th Ave s, Kent, WA 98031 but I don't even know if that's real.
