Ordered from fairytent.com and never got my items
Then I get the tracking email and it's coming from China. Took four weeks just to say it "arrived" at the Post Office. But it never showed up and the Post Office says they never got it either. I waited a few days before emailing them just in case it was a mix up. Been going back and forth with them since. I ask for a refund, they say sorry and offer to resend it for a $15 fee. I say no, I want my money back, then they come back with 20% refund, then 50%. And now the website is just gone, inactive. Can't even get on there anymore.
Ordered dresses from TikTok ad, tracking vanished after saying delivered
Then on 07/20/2026 it said delivered. But I never got anything. When I started complaining about it not showing up, all the tracking info just disappeared from the site. It got replaced with "unknown".
Now nobody answers my emails. On FairyTent.com it says they have a live chat 24/7 but there is no live chat. I even emailed the tracking company and they said the courier reported it delivered and they can't help.
