Paid for large print bibles but got micro print with no help

I ordered from these people because their ad said 100% satisfaction guarantee. I paid for large print bibles. What they sent me were two micro print bibles that are basically useless. I can’t even read them.

So I contacted them about it. They gave me two options. Option one was a 20% refund and I keep the useless bibles. Option two was I return them at my own expense for a full refund. Neither one is a good deal when their whole ad promised satisfaction guaranteed. I spent $88 and I feel like they just don’t care.

I called the number they had, (855) 594-9929, and emailed [email protected]. No one would just make it right. I don’t think I should have to pay to ship back something that was wrong in the first place.
