Product not as described and return shipping costs more than item

I ordered something from faithsprout.store and what they sent me was not what I expected. The text was so tiny you could not even read it. I reached out to them asking for a return address and they gave me one in another country. To send it back would cost me $142, which is double what I paid for the thing.

They offered me a 40% refund if I just keep it. But their own website says "The guide was designed by our team at FaithSprout in the United States." So I figured they could take returns here since they operate in the US. But they told me there is no facility in the US that can accept returns and I have to send it somewhere international. It just does not make sense.
