Someone made a fake Facebook page using our business name and address

There is a person who made a fake Facebook page using our business name, address, and phone number. They are contacting customers through that page and acting like they are us. They have been doing this for about a month now.

This person is taking money from people. I have tried to get Facebook to close down the page but they will not do anything. They are using all of our information to pretend to be our company and I can't get them to stop.
