Ordered from a fake Nordstrom Rack site and never got my items

A website that looked like Nordstrom Rack popped up on my phone. I clicked on it and placed a pretty big order. I never received any of the items.

I tried to contact the company. Their name came up as "Falorena." Their responses are always very vague, and they'll just gaslight you. They claimed my package was delivered but couldn't tell me which carrier delivered it.

My personal information, my credit card, my address, all of it was captured by these scammers. I lost $76.
