My package was delivered to the wrong address and I can't reach anyone

FALSE AND FAKE delivered my package and gave it to a stranger. My name and address were right on the box, but they still gave it to the wrong address. I paid $23.33 for this.

These issues never stop. It feels like fraud and theft. I'm just sick of it, this needs to stop. There's no way to even talk to customer service because they don't have that either.

They need to be shut down. People are losing money and the items they paid for because of them.
