Ordered 14 pieces but only got 5 after 81 days of waiting

I placed an order on June 6th, 2026 from www.famgarden.com. I got 5 pieces out of 14 total on June 7th, 2026. Today is July 6 and I'm still missing 7 pieces. I've got the original order from my notebook and a picture of the order placed on your fake scam website. I also included the 5 pieces I got 51 days after ordering.

It has now been EIGHTY-ONE DAYS SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED!! You refused to refund any amount of money. You refused to send all items within 30 days. I want a full refund back on my credit card.

I received: Gladiolus Flower, Morning Glory Flower, Leaf-2C, Leaf-2A, Bee, and Pink Bird. Still missing: The Flower Pot, Bamboo Tray, Carnation Flower, Iris Flower x2, Lily of the Valley Flower, Red Bird (you sent a white bird instead), and Purple Butterfly. Out of the 5/14 items I did get, 2 were broken and 1 wasn't what I ordered. I've reported you to 3 scam websites already and I will keep reporting you.
