Ad showed Canada flag but I got an American flag shipped from China

I bought something from Family Cad. Their website is familycadvip.com. The ad showed Glorenda Morgina with a Canada flag but what I got had an America flag. And it shipped from China. They said Canada shipping which is just misleading.

I asked for a full refund but they refuse. I lost $40.96. Their email is [email protected] and their phone is (989) 682-2410. Just feels like a total scam.
