Ordered a pool pump but they won't give me a tracking number

I ordered a pump for my swimming pool on June 3, 2026. They charged my account on June 11, 2026 for $812.00.

I keep calling them at (320) 695-2691 and they tell me it was shipped but will not give me a tracking number. I have called 7 times now and every time I get the run around. They have a website called Family Pool Fun and their email is [email protected] but nobody will just tell me where my order is.

I just want my pump or my money back.
