Paid a credit fix company and then got blocked and ignored

I sent money to a credit fix company, $500. I found them online. As soon as they got the payment, that was it. They just ignored me. I tried to get in touch and then I found out I was blocked from their social media site. Their email is [email protected] and a phone number they use is (216) 973-3861. They're supposedly in Florida. I paid and got nothing, just blocked.
