Ordered a KitchenAid mixer online and never got it.

I saw an ad for a KitchenAid mixer, it was supposed to be an overstock item. I went ahead and purchased it on the website fancychilling.com. The money came out, it was $63.29. I never received the product. Nothing ever showed up. The address they have is in Carrollton, TX. I tried to contact them but got nowhere. It feels like I just lost my money.
