Ordered two heaters from fangbuao.com and never got them.

I placed an order on fangbao.com for two heaters. The total was just over $75. The money came out of my account, but the heaters never showed up.

I tried emailing the support address they gave, [email protected]. I never got any reply back. Nothing. It's been radio silence.

I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. They just took the payment and disappeared.
