Final notice about my property with no company name to call

I got this letter in the mail, it says FINAL NOTICE on it in big letters. It says there is some important matter involving my property and a lender called Farm Credit/N FL. It says they will revoke something called an Allocated Waiver within 7 days of the notice.

There is no company name on the letter that I can look up. Just that Farm Credit/N FL thing. The only number on it is (888) 679-0672. I don’t even know what an Allocated Waiver is or what they want from me. It just feels off. I didn’t call the number because it seemed strange.
