Ordered boots online, got a completely different and cheaper product

I ordered a pair of boots from an online ad. What they sent me is nothing like what was advertised. The picture showed boots with a fur-like lining and no writing on them. It also showed a sturdy Vibram sole and talked about orthopedic arch support.

What I actually got has a cheap printed cloth lining and the word "FASHION" printed all over the straps and tongue. The sole is just some plastic called "Sport7," not Vibram. Inside, it's completely flat with no arch support at all. They also charged me $6.95 for shipping even though the ad clearly said "free shipping and free returns."

I've sent multiple emails trying to return these boots and have gotten no reply. There was no return information in the box either, so I can't even send them back. I paid over a hundred dollars for boots I didn't order and now I'm stuck with them.
