Necklace I didn’t order showed up with no company name on it

So I got this necklace in the mail. It has a tag that says “Fashion Jewelry” on it. I never ordered anything like that. I checked my credit card and so far no charge, so fingers crossed I guess.

A postal worker told me some companies do this just to show they have customers on paper. I don’t know. I’m thinking about sending it back but I’m scared that just proves my address is real. So now I’m just sitting here with a necklace I didn’t want hoping nothing shows up on my bill.
