Ordered t-shirts that never showed up and they blamed me

I bought a pack of pocket t-shirts from them and they never came. Their tracking system is garbage, I don't think they even have a real one. It just says arrived departed arrived departed over and over, then suddenly it changed to delivered.

I contacted them and they said it was mailed to my address and sorry if I didn't get it. Then they offered to pay me back 50% of what I paid. I'm not taking half off something I never got in the first place and I told them that. There's no way to leave a review anywhere on their site. Lost about $37.
