Unfair return policy and won't refund my money

I got a text about Fashion Nova and ended up buying something from their site. I spent over $215. I needed to return the item, but their return policy is incredibly unfair. They won't give my money back through my original payment method. I tried contacting support through their email and phone number, but it's no use. I just want my money back.
