Ordered eight pairs of pants but they never showed up

I ordered 8 pairs of pants from them and I never got any of them. It cost me about $44.53 total. I just never received the package.

I tried reaching out to them but nobody really helped me. They just kept saying stuff but nothing happened. I still don't have my pants or my money back.

I don't know what else to do at this point. It's been a while now and nothing.

Unfair return policy and won't refund my money

I got a text about Fashion Nova and ended up buying something from their site. I spent over $215. I needed to return the item, but their return policy is incredibly unfair. They won't give my money back through my original payment method. I tried contacting support through their email and phone number, but it's no use. I just want my money back.
