Phone number for customer service led to a gift card scam

I was trying to call Fashion Nova customer service and I found this number 844-530-2877 online. When I called they told me I had to fill out a gift card form to verify my address change and something about two factor authentication. It didn't make sense but I went along with it.

They stole $200 from me. I don't even know how they got my info. I thought I was talking to the real company.

I also saw they used emails like [email protected] and [email protected] which now seems really off. The phone number they called from was (855) 470-4292. Just a mess all around.
