Bought a used and damaged item from Fashionova with no refund

I ordered something from www.fashionova.com and when I got it, it was clearly used. Like, someone had already worn it before me. And it was damaged too. I tried it on and saw the problems right away.

So I contacted them about a refund or credit because this is not what I paid for. I spent $30 on this. They just said no. Wouldn't give me my money back or even a credit. Even after I showed them the damage and that it was obviously worn. So now I'm out $30 and stuck with a broken used item.
