Paid for merchandise that never showed up and no refund

I bought some stuff from this website fashivra.com. They said it was delivered but it was not. I emailed them at [email protected] and they claimed they resent the merchandise but they did not.

There is no phone number to call anyone. Only way to talk is through email. I emailed them many times and they told me I would get a refund. I still have not gotten any refund. They took my $36 and just will not send the stuff or give my money back.
