Ordered a memorial cap for Father’s Day, never got it

I bought a 250 year marine memorial cap online for a Father’s Day gift. Got a confirmation email with a tracking number from China Post. Couldn’t ever track the order.

I emailed the company and tried through the website too. No reply at all. No merchandise ever showed up. Lost $28.98.
