Got a fake official letter demanding money for my LLC filing

I got a letter in the mail from Fast Filing Services, from their website fastfilingservices.com. It was demanding $235 for an Annual Report Filing for my Oregon LLC. The whole thing was made to look like an official government notice. It used my real LLC name and details, which I guess they got from the public records.

It talked about a deadline and consequences, so it felt urgent. I sent a check for the $235 before I figured out it wasn't from any government agency. The real filing fee with the Oregon Secretary of State is only $100. I could have filed it myself directly. This company isn't affiliated with the government at all. It's just a deceptive letter they send to small business owners.
