Voicemail and text about a loan I never asked for

Someone called me and left a voicemail, then also sent a text. Said her name was Katie from underwriting at FastSBACash.Com. Number was 88-515-8530. Claimed I could get a loan up to $175k at 5.8 percent interest.

I never asked for any loan. Never heard of this company before. It felt like a phishing thing. They didn't leave a company address or anything clear besides that website name and a New Jersey location. I didn't lose any money but it was weird getting that kind of message out of nowhere.
