Charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I only paid 99 cents to send a fax through FaxlyApp.com. They emailed me saying it was delivered, but when I called, the recipient told me they never got it. Then two days later, $19.95 came out of my account for a monthly subscription. I never signed up for that. I never authorized it. I emailed them asking for my money back and got no reply. I want a refund for the $19.95.
