Ordered a garage heater from Faylunara.com and never got it

I ordered a WAGEE Electric Garage Heater from Faylunara.com. It was marked down to $46.89 from $191.65. I paid the $46.89 for it. They never sent the heater. I never received anything.

The site had all these promises. Returns within 30 days, a money back guarantee, a 3-month warranty, free shipping. I lost the $46.89. That was my money. There was no heater, no contact, nothing. I just got charged and that was it.
