Ordered Ironman helmets but got cheap keychains instead

I ordered two Ironman helmets with voice control from a seller on the shop app. I paid $230.40 for them. What I got in the mail was not helmets at all. It was just two small, cheap cable keychains.

I tried to contact the seller directly using the email they gave, [email protected]. The email just came back saying it's not available. So then I tried to get help through the shop app's own support team. I'm not getting any help from them either. I just want my money back for what I actually ordered.
