Bought tennis balls and got signed up for a subscription I didn't want

I bought some tennis balls through a company called feanatic. Then their associate company Nuvia Sports signed me up for a subscription for $39.99. My bank stopped that one. So I got a new debit card with a different number.

Then they charged my new card for $19.99 anyway. I called feanatic and they just hung up on me. I called Nuvia Sport and they said they would cancel the subscription and account. But then they charged my new card the $19.99 anyway. It looks like they are doing this to other people too. Both companies have bad ratings that I didn't see before. Stay away from these two.
