Phone call saying I won 8 million from Federal Audit Commission

I got a phone call from a guy named Frank Newman saying he was from the "Federal Audit Commission." He told me I won 8 million dollars and that a team was coming to my house this week to take me to my bank to deposit it. He asked for my name, address, age, and what bank I use. Said there were "state fees" coming out of the prize money.

He called from 412-328-3878. Then he sent me some documents by email and left a voicemail labeled "Delivery." I didn't open the documents or give them any bank info. I'm pretty sure it's a government impersonation scam.
