Man named Randy Waters says he bought me a BMW but never gave it

A guy named Randy Waters contacted me. He said he works for a company called Federal Mass Transit in Huntsville AL. I looked it up and nothing comes up.

He asked if I had a 401 K and I said no. Then he said he couldn't help me. He also told me he bought me a BMW car but he never gave it to me.

I did lose money with him personally. His phone number is (208) 988-9288 and he uses Viber.
