Voicemail saying final notice about property investigation

A woman called and left a voicemail saying she was with Federal processing dispatch. She said this was my final notice and that 2 attempts will be made to serve me. My case number is 26-029640 and she said it will go forward on my property investigation if I don't call 855-801-5702.

She said if I don't call back then actions will be taken against me without my knowledge or consent. I don't owe anyone anything. But I do own my property.

I never asked for anything and I don't know what this is about.
