Man calling about my trademark with no company name given

This guy Elijah Jackson called me about a trademark application I filed with the USPTO. He was pretending to be them, kept calling and harassing me for paperwork to "continue the process." Never once said he was a third party or anything.

He wanted $500 from me. Sent emails, texts, calls, even a link to pay. I finally looked into it more and emailed him back asking for a breakdown of the fees and if he was a third party attorney. He still wouldn't admit it. I told him to stop contacting me.
