Ordered from feelingirl.com over two weeks ago, still nothing.

I placed an order for three items from feelingirl.com. Their site said processing takes 2 to 4 business days and then shipping is 5 to 7 days. It's been more than two weeks now and my order still just says "unfulfilled." Nothing has happened.

I've tried everything to contact them. I sent emails to two different addresses they have. I sent a text message. I tried contacting them on their social media pages and even used the contact form on their own website. Nobody ever replies. I can't get a hold of a single person.

I tried to cancel the order since nothing is happening, but their site won't let you cancel. It says because of their "quick order fill rates," which is a joke. I had to call my bank and file a dispute to try and get my money back. There's zero customer service. I just want my money back.
