Got a letter about a home warranty I don't have

I got this notice in the mail from Fenix Protect. It's about a property home warranty with IndyMac Bank FSB. But my home loan left that company more than ten years ago. I haven't been with them for over a decade.

Plus, I already have a home warranty coverage from somewhere else. It's not with IndyMac Bank, and it's definitely not with Fenix Protect. The whole letter just doesn't make any sense for my situation.

Got a fake violation notice in the mail, turned into a weird sales call

I got this letter in the mail that looked totally real, like a notice of violation. It seemed legitimate. I called the number on it, 1(833) 777-1002, and that's when I found out it was just a sales call.

They started asking for really unusual information, like my bank details. I didn't give anything out. When I called the number back after talking to someone, the automated message said Fenix Protect, but the representative gave me a different website. They said it was nationwide, but it didn't add up.

I kept asking more questions about it, and they just hung up on me. The whole thing felt off from the start. The address on the letter was 933 Main Plaza Dr. in Wentzville, MO.

Getting aggressive mail about mortgage insurance I never asked for

I keep getting these aggressive notices in the mail. They put my actual mortgage company's name at the top of the letterhead, which is really misleading. But if you look in the smaller print at the bottom, it says they're called Fenix Protect.

They act like you're required to have their insurance for your mortgage in case the owner dies. It's not required at all. When I asked to be taken off their mailing list, they were extremely weird and unprofessional about it.

The whole thing feels off. I'm worried someone is going to fall for this and spend money they don't need to spend. It just doesn't seem right.
