Ordered flower bundles got one twig in the mail

I ordered 7 bundles of flowers from Fernvalee.com because that's what their site advertised. When the package finally came, it was literally one twig. I could have bought the same thing at Dollar Tree for $1.25.

I emailed them a few times about it. They just said sorry but that's what I ordered. Then they offered me 5% back which is nothing. I spent $31.65 on this. Very misleading and a scam.

Ordered flowers online but got four stems instead of a full basket

I placed an order on their website www.fernvalee.com. The ad showed these really nice full hanging baskets of flowers. What I got was not that at all. It was just four stems. Not even close to what they showed.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their website doesn't list any address either. I paid 55 dollars and 86 cents. I feel like it was deceptive advertising. They showed one thing and sent something totally different.
