Phonics cards never arrived after they said they would reship

I ordered some phonics cards from FESTIVALMENT from an ad I saw on social media April 11, 2026. They sent a tracking number. The cards were shipped from The Netherlands. They tracked until they reached Casper, Wy. Then things stopped.

I inquired and the company said they were detained in Wy. Because customs didn't like the way they were packaged. They said they had rectified the situation and would reship. However, I received no tracking notice and here on June 9, have received nothing. I lost $42.10 on this. Their email is [email protected]. The ad was on Facebook.
