Bought wrong city tickets and they refused to give me a refund

I bought tickets on Fever app by mistake. Wrong city. I realized right after. They would not give me a refund at all. Their address says 1000 Vin Scully Ave in Los Angeles, CA.

I just wanted my money back. It was $177.20. I did not even use the tickets. But they said no. I do not understand why they cannot just refund it since it was an honest mistake. Still no help from them.
