Letter about an uncashed check with no real company info

Got a letter saying I have an uncashed check and need to take immediate action. It had a website for Fidelity Investments but something felt off about it.

The address was P.O. Box 618 in Monroe, WI 53566. Phone number was (800) 890-4015. I didn't call or go to the website because it just didn't seem right. No company name on the letter that I could really trust. Just felt like a phishing thing.
