Paid for products online and never got anything back

I bought some stuff from their website and paid $130. They gave me fake tracking numbers at first. Then they said the package was lost and they would refund my money.

That never happened. They keep telling me my refund was approved but then they say due to force majeure it has expired. I still have no products and no refund.
