Ordered scrubs that never showed up and they won’t refund

I ordered some scrubs from them. The tracking number they gave me was from some random logistics company, not the regular ones. It just felt weird from the start.

A month goes by and it says delivered, but I never got anything. They claim someone signed for it but won’t show me any proof of that. When I emailed them, they said they can’t send another pair because it’s out of stock. And they won’t refund me either because the logistics company already charged them and rejected their claim. So I’m out $32.21 and got nothing.
