Got a weird text about documents being delivered to me

I got a text message saying it was the final notification for someone named Charlisa Brown. The person texting said their name is Dana Reeves. They said they haven't gotten a status change from the filing office, so they'll be delivering my documents today, Thursday, February 19th, between 3 and 5 PM.

The text said it's imperative that I contact the filing company directly with questions at 833-860-5233. I'm supposed to provide file number "ours and Robert, L as in Luke, 18369." Otherwise, they said they'll be out this afternoon and I should plan accordingly. It just felt off. I don't know who Charlisa Brown is and I'm not expecting any documents.
