Strange voicemail about certified documents with a case number

I got this voicemail from a guy named James Clayton. He said he has certified documents for me and my social security number. He said he’s coming to my house tomorrow between 3 and 5 PM to get my signature.

Then he said if I’m not home he’ll go to my job and have my supervisor sign. And if I’m not at either place it counts as a refusal. He gave me a number to call, 833-349-6509, and a case number 212265. Said I have to contact the filing company.

It just felt really strange and pushy. No company name on the message. I didn’t call the number back.
