Voice message saying I have to sign documents tomorrow

I got this weird voicemail from a guy named James Clayton. He said he has certified documents for me and my social security number. He said he's coming to my house tomorrow between 3 and 5 PM to get my signature.

Then he said if he can't find me at home he'll go to my job and have my supervisor sign off. And if I'm not at either place it counts as a refusal to sign. He said to call some filing company at 833-349-6509 with case number 143-514. No company name on the message. Just sounds like a phishing thing to me.
