Got a fake final notice letter about my loan

I got this letter that's made to look like a Final Notice. It says I'm non compliant with my loan agency, but it's actually from a different business. The whole thing reads like you're about to be in breach or have a payment due.

In reality, they're just trying to get you to sign up for some independent 'warranty' program. My loan agency doesn't require this at all. The letter is really misleading, especially for someone who might not be suspicious of every money-related mailing they get. It felt really off.
