Paid for a security class and nobody answers the phone

I scheduled a security guard class for 6/1/26 and paid $250 through CashApp. I called the company many times but nobody picks up. Their website is finastopsecurity.com and they have an address at 2180 elmwood ave in Buffalo NY.

I requested my money back through CashApp but got no response at all. The phone number they gave is (716) 559-5445. I just want my money back since they never answered or gave the class.
